MetroWest Medical Center Offers FREE Cardiovascular Disease Lectures to Community

September marks National Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) Awareness Month

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. – September marks National Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) Awareness Month, a critically important time for us to raise awareness for this life threatening arrhythmia. MetroWest Medial Center will be offering these FREE seminars to the community to help raise awareness of cardiovascular disease:

  • September 16: Zachary Fang, MD, Vascular Surgery - Peripheral Arterial Disease
  • September 17: George Kinzfogl, MD, Cardiology - Everything you always wanted to know about heart disease but were afraid to ask
  • September 18: Patrick Blomberg, MD, Cardiology - Cardiac Electrophysiology, Understanding Atrial Fibrillation

The seminars will take place from 5-6pm in the Perini Auditorium at MetroWest Medical Center, 115 Lincoln Street, Framingham, MA. Attendance is free, but registration is required. Register by calling: 855-851-5383.
